Terms of Use
1. Provider
The Roadz app is provided by Hubert Brzozowski, contact: support@getroadz.app. By using the App you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. The App is licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA, supplemented by these terms.
2. Account
- You need an account created with Sign in with Apple. You must be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for the username and name you choose. They must not infringe others’ rights, impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may change or remove such a name.
- You can delete your account at any time in the App (Account → Delete account).
3. Road safety
- Do not use your phone while driving. Set the destination and view before you set off and keep the phone in a mount.
- Always obey traffic law and speed limits. Road signs, signals and instructions from authorised persons take precedence over the App.
- Roadz is not a racing tool. Leaderboards intentionally contain no speed. Racing on public roads is prohibited.
- Measurements (speed, distance, g-forces, 0–100 km/h) come from phone sensors and are approximate. They are not evidence for traffic or insurance matters.
- Routes and search results come from third-party map providers and may be out of date.
4. Roadz Pro subscription
- Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and periods are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions). Deleting the App or your account does not cancel it.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the App unlawfully, fake drives or leaderboard results, interfere with the App, or use it to harass other users. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
6. Liability
We work to keep the App running correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or measurement accuracy. We are not liable for the consequences of how you drive or for traffic violations. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights under mandatory law.
7. Complaints
Send complaints about the App to support@getroadz.app. We reply within 14 days. Payment complaints are handled by Apple.
8. Changes and governing law
We will announce changes to these terms in the App in advance. Polish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
