Delete your account

In the App (fastest)

  1. Open Roadz and tap your avatar to open Account.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm with Apple.

We immediately delete your profile, drives, friends, places and cars from our database, your sign-in account, your subscription data at RevenueCat and the drives stored on your phone. We also revoke the Sign in with Apple link.

Without the App

Email support@getroadz.app from the address linked to your Apple account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in iOS Settings: Apple ID → Subscriptions → Roadz.

You can also disconnect Roadz from your Apple ID yourself: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple → Roadz → Stop Using.
